(TSX VENTURE:EUO), a company specializing in the development of authentication, certification and energy security technologies is pleased to announce a private placement of up to 15,000,000 common shares (the "Shares") at a price of $0.10 per Share for gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000 (the "Offering"). The Shares issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws. Closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or before August 31, 2011 and is subject to receipt of all applicable regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company may pay finder's fees in connection with the Offering, in accordance with the policy of the TSX Venture Exchange. The proceeds will be used for working capital purposes.
