Dennis Logan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and received both his BA and his MBA from the University of Toronto and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1996. He is the current Chief Financial Officer for BTU Metals Corp., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company, a former Director and Chief Financing Officer for Almonty Industries Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company and a former Director of Pinetree Capital Ltd. Prior to joining Almonty in 2011, Mr. Logan spent 15 years in Canadian capital markets industry where he held a number of senior management positions including Managing Director, Investment Banking at Desjardins Securities Inc., Director, Investment Banking at Westwind Partners Inc., Partner at Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon Limited and Executive Director, Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets.
Interim President and CEO and Special Committee Chair
Paul Wood was appointed Interim President and CEO to lead Eurocontrol's strategic initiative announced on March 15, 2018. Paul Wood has led and executed numerous transactions across the globe in numerous sectors including tech, finance, manufacturing and minerals exploration. With a background in company formation, transaction structuring and M&A, he has a reputation for successfully driving projects to completion in multiple jurisdictions including Canada, USA, Europe, China, Japan and Africa. He currently is strategic advisor to several listed and privately held companies and is a university guest lecturer in China. He is an independent investor and strategic advisor specializing in corporate development and structuring transactions at Kappa Advisors Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer and Director of BTU Metals Corp., a TSX Venture listed company. Prior positions include Corporate Development at Celestica, a multinational electronics manufacturer, and at Spar Aerospace, an Aerospace, Defence and Communications company. Prior to working on the corporate side, he held M&A positions at Ernst & Young (Toronto) and CIBC Wood Gundy (UK). He received his BA from Dalhousie University and his MBA from University of Toronto Rotman.
Christine Macqueen is the current Director for Corporate Affairs for SICPA, a position she has held since 2011. Prior to joining SICPA, Christine Macqueen spent 29 years with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office of the Government of the United Kingdom where she held numerous positions in London and international posts. Christine Macqueen holds numerous degrees and diplomas from UK and European universities in Modern languages, Economics and IT and is a chartered member of the UK Institute for Personnel Development.

Ken Wawrew has over 40 years of experience in high technology industries. Mr. Wawrew is a current director and the former President and CEO of SynergX Technologies Inc., a world leading company involved in glass inspection technologies. NOVACAP acquired control of SynergX in 2012. Prior to joining SynergX, Mr. Wawrew was CEO of Image Processing Systems Inc., a TSX listed company that was named one of the fast growing companies in Canada and was listed by Deloitte & Touche in their Fast 50 report for three consecutive years. Image Processing Systems was acquired by Photon Dynamics, a NASDAQ listed company and Mr. Wawrew joined Photon Dynamics as Corporate Vice President, Business Development and Director. Having held a number of senior executive and director positions, Mr. Wawrew has well rounded experience that includes public company finance, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and international sales providing him with the experience to be a valued member of the Corporation’s Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Kenneth Wawrew graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1971 with a Bachelor of Mathematics and Computer Science degree.

Andres Tinajero has over 20 years of business experience, having supported a broad range of industries, including mining, manufacturing and technology. During this same period, Mr. Tinajero has served as CFO and Vice President of Finance of several medium sized public companies across Canada. He holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA, and is also a Member of the Canadian Institute of Certified Management Accountants, the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia and he is a Certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Charlotte May is an experienced Corporate Secretary with over 25 years public market experience. She has served as an officer of several public companies managing their corporate secretarial, public company administration, due diligence processes, corporate governance and communications. Charlotte was appointed Corporate Secretary and Communications Manager of Eurocontrol in August 2012.
